The HPOE1 2-in-1 Injector-plus-Splitter Adapter Kit allows you to achieve the best positioning and optimal performance for your network devices, such as access points, network cameras, and others. By delivering both power and data over standard Ethernet cables, the HPOE1 eliminates the requirement of having to keep your network devices near a power outlet. With the HPOE1, an access point, for example, could be placed on the ceiling for better wireless signal distribution, while an IP camera could be mounted on the side of a building for a better field of view. The HPOE1 is especially useful in areas where power outlets are difficult to reach or not readily available.

The HPOE1 is a Plug-and-Play network accessory and can be installed within minutes. You simply connect one end of the injector unit to the included power adapter and a router or switch, and the other end to a single Ethernet cable which transmits both data and power to the splitter unit. By carrying both data and power over a single Ethernet cable, you can get the additional distance you need when it is not possible to place a network device near a power outlet. The splitter unit then delivers data and power to an access point, network camera, or similar Ethernet-enabled network device.

Unlike other PoE adapters, which include only one or two power settings, the HPOE1 splitter unit features three adjustable power settings – 5V, 7.5V, and 12V - for compatibility with a wider range of network devices. The HPOE1 also works with both wired and wireless Ethernet-enabled network devices.
